Shipping and Freight Info:
Shipping to your location will take approximately 2 to 2-1/2
weeks pending on day ordered. If ordering Tan or Oyster, please call
for color run schedule. Our Freight costs are reasonable since we
get volume factory direct freight rates, and for large orders,
shipping cost should reflect a 40% discount. We use standard
LTL Freight Companies such as: Yellow, Viking, Southern, Consolidated,
etc. All material is shipped factory direct to your
project site and is completely insured (provided you follow the receiving
procedures correctly).
It is imperative that you read and understand the receiving
instructions that are included in your formal bid before placing your
order (these instructions as well as the Hold Harmless agreement can
also be found at the bottom of the quicklist page). All
visible damaged or missing items must be marked on the Bill of
Layden and reported immediately. You are then allowed 5 days to
inspect your materials in their completion for concealed
damage or missing items. Any materials reported within this time frame,
provided it is by no fault of the customer, are replaced immediately
(color may take longer). After the 5 day deadline, each
case will be handled individually and in most cases are the financial responsibility of the customer.
